Before you reach out
What should I have ready when I call?
Your address, a quick description of the problem and when it started, and the age of your home if you know it. For water heaters, the label on the side of the tank tells us the size and fuel type. For leaks, tell us whether the water meter is still spinning with everything turned off.
Do you give quotes over the phone?
We can often give you a ballpark for simple jobs like a toilet or faucet replacement, but we won't give a firm price without seeing the problem. The plumber gives you a written flat-rate quote on site, before any work starts, and you decide from there. You'll know the diagnostic fee before we arrive.
Do you take credit cards and offer financing?
Yes. We take major credit and debit cards, and financing is available on approved credit for larger jobs like water heater replacements, repipes and slab leak repairs. Ask your plumber about financing options when you review the quote, and they'll walk you through what's available.
