24/7 emergency plumbingBuilt for desert water and desert houses
The Valley is hard on plumbing in ways a national checklist misses. Here's what we plan for on every job.

Hard water
Valley tap water carries a lot of calcium and magnesium. It scales tank water heaters, clogs tankless heat exchangers, and chews through faucet cartridges and toilet fill valves. We flush, size anode rods and recommend treatment only when your numbers say you need it. We test your water on site so you can see them.
Heat
An attic in July can run well past 140°. Water heaters up there work harder, drain pans crack and condensate lines bake. Pipes run through hot attics, so the "cold" tap runs warm all summer. We route and insulate new lines with that in mind.
Slabs
Most Valley homes from the 1960s through the 1990s sit on concrete slabs with copper water lines underneath. Shifting clay soil and hard water wear those lines from the outside and inside. When one goes, we compare spot repair, reroute and repipe and show you the trade-offs before you choose.
Monsoon season
Summer storms knock out power, flood yards and test every drain and sump at once. Tankless heaters and recirculation pumps go dark without electricity. Our 24/7 line stays open through all of it.

How a visit works
- You call or text. A real person in the Valley answers, day or night. Tell us what's happening; a photo helps.
- We give you a window and the diagnostic fee. We'll tell you the diagnostic fee when you call. No surprises at the door.
- The plumber diagnoses and quotes. You get a flat-rate price in writing, often with two or three options. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- We do the work and clean up. Shoe covers, drop cloths, old parts hauled off unless you want them.
- We walk you through it. Photos of what we found and what we fixed, and how to keep it from happening again.
Why Valley homeowners call us back
The quote is the price
Flat-rate pricing means you approve a number, not an hourly meter. Nights, weekends and holidays get the same quote.
Trucks stocked for the Valley
Common 40- and 50-gallon tanks, PEX, softener valves, slab repair fittings and the parts that fail most here are on the truck. That's why most fixes happen on the first visit.
We'll talk you out of things
If your 8-year-old water heater just needs a new thermostat, that's what we'll quote. If a small repair would save you from a repipe for a few more years, we'll say so.
We stand behind our work
If something we fixed isn't right, call us and we'll come back and make it right.
Maintenance plan
Desert Guard maintenance plan
One visit a year, timed before summer. We flush your water heater, check the anode rod, test water pressure and your PRV, look over the softener, check every shutoff and look for early leak signs. Members get priority scheduling during heat waves and a discount on repairs. Ask us what the plan costs when you call.

What neighbors say
“Our water heater gave out in the attic on a Saturday in July. They had a replacement on the truck, swapped the cracked drain pan too, and we had hot water by dinner. The price on the invoice matched the quote.”
“Floor in the hallway was warm and the meter kept spinning. They found the slab leak in about an hour and gave us three options with prices. We rerouted the line through the attic and never opened the floor.”
“Camera'd our main, showed us the roots on the screen, and gave us a cleaning option and a repair option. No scare tactics.”

Questions people ask before they call
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
No. Our flat-rate quote is the same at 2pm on a Tuesday or 2am on the Fourth of July. We'll tell you the diagnostic fee on the phone before we send anyone, and the plumber gives you the full price in writing before any work begins.
How fast can you get here?
For emergencies inside our core area, a plumber is usually on the way soon after you call, and we'll give you a realistic arrival window instead of a guess. For regular repairs we often have same-day or next-morning openings. During heat waves, active leaks and no-water calls go first.
Should I get a water softener?
Maybe. Valley water is hard almost everywhere, but the right answer depends on your hardness reading, your household size and whether you have tankless. We test your water on site, explain softener, conditioner and RO options in plain terms, and won't push one if you don't need it.
Are you licensed and insured?
On this demo the license is shown as AZ ROC #DEMO-0000, a fictional number. License and insurance details go here on a real client site. This demo company is fictional. A real contractor's Arizona ROC license number appears on every quote and invoice, and you can look it up yourself on the state's contractor search before you hire anyone, including us.
